Exhibition season is here!
The Canmore Eagles will play 4 exhibition games, including a split squad game on Thursday. On Wednesday the Eagles will host the Calgary Mustangs for a 7:00pm puck drop. The Mustangs started their Main Camp on Aug.27th and now have three exhibition games under their belts having played the Dragons (5-2L), Oilers (9-5L), and Canucks (4-1L).
Thursday will be the Eagles split-squad games. The Eagles will send a team to Chestermere to face-off against the Canucks. The Canucks also took part in the pre-season tournament in Okotoks, playing against the Dragons (5-2W), Mustangs (4-1W), and Oilers (4-3OTL). Back in Canmore, the 2nd team will be hitting home ice against the Olds Grizzlys.The Grizzlys have played one exhibition game against the Kodiaks where Olds took a 2-0 win.
On Friday the Eagles will once again match up against the Canucks. This will be the Eagles final exhibition game before the home opener on Friday the 16th. All of the exhibition games will have a 7:00pm game start.
The Eagles home games will have a $5 admission and free for children under 6!
