Drew Doughty, because he is a strong two way defenseman who can shut down other teams top lines as well as get in on the offense all while committing to the teams game plan.
Who do you look up to for inspiration?
I look up to my dad for inspiration because between his playing days as well as his coaching career he has a lot of knowledge that he passes on and provides insight to my game and development.
What will you bring to the Eagles this season?
I will bring a heavy, competitive two way game to the Eagles this season by being gritty and aggressive in our own end and getting into the offense and contributing that way as well.
What does it mean to be an Eagle?
It is an honor to be a part of such a professional organization and spending each day with a great group of teammates. Canmore is a great community to live in and the fan support is unreal.
What would you like to accomplish this season?
This season I want to be a part of a competitive team and go on a deep run through the playoffs pushing for a championship. On a personal note I want to gain exposure and interest from NCAA/Usports schools and work towards achieving a scholarship to continue my dream of being a hockey player.
How do you plan on reaching your goals this season? What motivates you?
By always having a positive and competitive attitude, good practice habits, a will to grow and develop each day, and contributing everything I have to our team success because team success always leads to individual success. My dream of being a hockey player is what motivates me each day.
