Lane Paddison Signs Commitment with Eagles

CANMORE, AB (June 11th 2019)

The Canmore Eagles are proud to announce Lane Paddison (Williams Lake, BC) has committed to the team for the 2019-20 season.

Paddison (?01) is a dynamic forward who has played the past two seasons with the Kelowna Chiefs of the Kootenay International Hockey League. This past year he posted impressive offensive numbers, finishing 6th overall in league scoring by recording 26 goals and 42 assists for 68 points in only 48 games played. He followed up his impressive sophomore season with Kelowna by leading his team with 12 goals and 20 points in 15 playoff games, totalling a combined 38 goals and 88 points in 68 games played throughout the year.

?Lane is a highly skilled player that plays with persistence,” said Head Coach and General Manager Andrew Milne. “His competitive level is what separates him from other highly skilled players. We feel that we have found a player that can transition to the AJHL and contribute in a big way. He will be an experienced rookie having already played two years of junior hockey including playing in two deep playoff runs. We are very excited to welcome Lane and his family to our program.?

Paddison will join his Eagles teammates starting at Main Camp this fall.
