This Week in Eagle History (Nov.4th – Nov.10th)

November 6th, 2005: Netminder Nick Olynyk stopped all 36 shots he faced as the Eagles shutout the visiting Camrose Kodiaks 5-0 to sweep the annual doubleheader between the 2 teams. It was Olynyk?s 2nd shutout as an Eagle.
November 9th, 2007: Forward Andy Hyvarinen recorded a hat trick, his 2nd as an Eagle, however, the Eagles fell short, losing 5-4 to St.Albert Steel on the road.
November 9th, 2013: Defenceman Trey Phillips recorded a hat trick, the 1st of his Junior career and he also added an assist in a 5-3 Eagles win over the visiting Calgary Mustangs.
November 10th, 2015: Forward Logan Ferguson had a pair of goals and 3 assists. Forward Brett Radford had 2 goals and 2 assists and Forward Lane Olson had 4 assists as the Eagles knocked off the visiting Calgary Canucks 6-3.
November 10th, 2018: Netminder Logan Dyck stopped 40 of the 41 shots he faced and Forward Quinton Ong scored once and had 2 assists as the Eagles knocked the Whitecourt Wolverines 3-1 on the road. The shots were 41-25 in favour of Whitecourt.
