The Canmore Eagles are once again pleased to announce several new public hockey programs and hockey schools for the upcoming spring and summer seasons.

Whether it be exciting “3 on 3” hockey camps for youths, adults and women, skill development camps, or the traditional week-long summer hockey camp, the Canmore Eagles have a hockey program that’s just right for you and your skill level.


Runs: M – F, August 11 – 15, 2014 or August 18 – 22, 2014 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Cost: $450 per week + GST Location: Canmore Rec Centre.

The Canmore Eagles will be offering two consecutive weeks of summer hockey school for kids aged 5 to 16 years old. The school will take place at the Canmore Rec Centre, Week One will run Aug. 11 – 15 and Week Two will be Aug. 18 – 22, 2014. The hockey school with have a 5 to 1 player to instructor ratio and feature quality instructors from the Current Eagles hockey team along with the Eagles coaching staff Andrew Milne and former Boston Bruin Jeremy Reich. Previous special guest instructors have included: Luke Philp WHL, Kris Foucault AHL, San Jose Shark and former Olympic Gold Medallist Patrick Marleau.
The hockey school will offer the participants quality instruction and guidance, in area such as checking, shooting, puck skills, skating, systems work. It will include 2 on-ice sessions per day, as well as off-ice training and recreational activities that only the Rockies can offer. Lunch and official camp jersey will be included and provided to all participants. Space is limited, register early.
