The Canmore Eagles are excited to announce the signing of 2004 born Cole Wirun of Lethbridge, Alberta. The 6’0″ 185 lbs forward is currently second in league scoring with the Nortre Dame Hounds of the U18 AAA league in Saskatchewan.
“We are extremely excited to add a player of Cole’s skill to our recruiting class. His work this season brought on a lot of attention and he deserves all the credit for what he has accomplished. He is going to be a great compliment to the current recruiting class and we look forward to welcoming Cole and his family to Canmore” said Eagles Head Coach and G.M. Andrew Milne.
The Eagles next home game is February fourth when they take on the Lloydminster Bobcats. Puck drop is 7:00 pm.
