EAGLES WRAP UP EXHIBITION SEASON AT HOME TONIGHT

The Canmore Eagles will wrap up their 2015-16 exhibition schedule with a home game on Friday night (Sept. 4) against the Calgary Canucks.  Game time at the Canmore Recreation Centre is 7 PM.
With a 3-0 road victory over the Canucks in Calgary on Thursday night, the Eagles now sport a 2-0-1 pre-season record.
In Thursday’s win in Calgary, the Eagles received goals from Austin Hrehoruk, Brent Koch and Matt Forchuk. Goaltenders Adam Marcoux and Hunter Virostek shared the shutout as the Eagles outshot the Canucks 31-16 on the night.
“With this being our last exhibition game, we expect to dress most of our starters tonight,” confirmed Eagles Head Coach and General Manager Andrew Milne.  “We need to get some chemistry going between our lines and give them an opportunity to work together in a game situation.”
Ticket prices for Friday’s game are just $10 for everyone 12 and over, and $5 for children. The Eagle’s Nest Lounge will be open.
