TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF SCOTIABANK HOCKEY DAY IN CANADA ON SPORTSNET

CANMORE, AB – The Local Organizing Committee for Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada is excited to
announce tickets are now on sale for the 25th  anniversary, taking place in Canmore, Alberta January 15
to 18, 2025. Fans of all ages are invited to join a week packed with exciting events celebrating Canada’s
game.

“Hockey is at the heart of our community, and we’re thrilled to welcome fans from all over to join us in
Canmore for this incredible celebration of Canada’s game,” says Andrew Milne, Head Coach of the
Canmore Eagles and Chair of the Local Organizing Committee. “From hockey games to family-friendly
festivities, the 25th anniversary of Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada promises unforgettable
experiences for everyone.”

Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada kicks off on Wednesday, January 15 with the Opening Face-Off Event,
where Sportsnet personalities, local celebrities and hockey alumni will be drafted for the much-
anticipated Alumni and Celebrity Classic. Following the event, country music star, Chad Brownlee, will
take to the stage at the Canmore Golf and Curling Club, offering a one-of-a-kind, intimate, concert
experience. The rest of the week will include a live recording of Sportsnet’s 32 Thoughts: The Podcast
and Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada Banquet on Thursday, plus multiple hockey clinics, school visits,
Breakfast with the Cup and so much more! The week concludes on January 18 with a 12.5-hour
broadcast marathon on Sportsnet, hosted by Ron MacLean with all seven Canadian NHL teams in action,
starting at 1pm ET/10am PT.
