EAGLES TO PLAY IN BANFF ON TUESDAY, DEC. 8

The Canmore Eagles will play an Alberta Junior Hockey League regular season game in Banff against the Drumheller Dragons on Tuesday, Dec. 8th.

The game will played at the Fenlands Arena at 7 pm.

“We had a sell-out crowd when we played in Banff last season (a 5-2 victory over the Calgary Canucks), so we thought we'd like to bring Alberta Junior A Hockey back to Banff again this year,” said Eagles marketing director John Ross. “The AJHL is an excellent brand of hockey and we'd like to expose the Banff market to the quality of play. It's fast, fun, exciting and affordable. It's also a great opportunity for the Towns of Banff and Canmore to pull together to cheer for a Bow Valley team.”

With a seating capacity of just 550, and a current season ticket base of 300, tickets will be at a premium.

Ticket prices are $15 adults (60+), $12 students/seniors and $8 children.

The ticket booth at Fenlands will open at 6 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
