Our next Graduating Player excelled on and off the ice in his years spent wearing an Eagles jersey. Using his exceptional speed and powerful shot, he became an all-time Eagles Playoff Hero by scoring 7 goals this spring. In the 1st round, he scored on a shorthanded breakaway late in the game to force an overtime that the Eagles eventually won. In the 5th and deciding game of the series, he scored twice only 30 seconds apart with under 5 minutes to play give his team the 2-1 victory and the series win. His clutch performance continued into the next round when his overtime winner on home ice snapped the Brooks Bandits league record for consecutive victories. A tremendous leader in our community and an Eagles star on the ice, #15 Quinton Ong will now continue on with his scholarship to play at Yale University.
